Norman M. Kranzdorf, Chairman
Norman Kranzdorf has had a distinguished career in the real estate industry spanning more than 40 years. He founded Kranzco Realty, Inc., a general commercial real estate management and brokerage company, in 1979 and was a co-founder of Kranzco Realty Trust in 1992. He served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until the June 2000 merger with CV Reit which created Kramont Realty Trust. He was Chairman of Kramont until he retired in 2004. From 1972 to 1981 he was president of Amterre Development, Inc., a successor to Food Fair Properties, Inc., a major shopping center owner and management company.
Norman is a founding member and former Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He was also a founding member of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School Real Estate Center and serves on its Advisory Board. Mr. Kranzdorf also serves on the Board of Directors of NAI, one of the largest commercial real estate organizations in the world. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
Michael W. Kranzdorf, President
Michael Kranzdorf was Vice President and Director of Research and Information Systems at Kranzco Realty Trust, a New York Stock Exchange-listed real estate investment trust and predecessor to Kramont Realty Trust and Centro Watt. He was co-chairman of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts’ Technology Committee and is an Emeritus member of the International Council of Shopping Center’s Research Advisory Task Force. Previously he served as Senior Vice President for Strategic Planning at MyShoppingCenter.com, a retail service provider and as Director of Engineering at Finali Corporation, a developer of automated customer service solutions for online retailers and financial service companies.
Mr. Kranzdorf is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and currently serves on the Colorado Planning Committee as co-chair of the 2009 Rocky Mountain Idea Exchange.
