Shopping Center Acquisition Criteria
Locations: All Major Cities and Towns in Colorado.
Type: Unanchored from 10,000 to 60,000 S.F.
Anchored from 60,000 to 300,000 S.F.
Preferences: Value-added type retail and grocery anchored.
Submissions: Please include as much of the following as possible: site plan, rent roll, tenant sales reports, operating statements, mortgage details, legal type and status of ownership, photos, demographic studies, surveys and aerials, maps and competition information.
